Q: Can your DVDs be played in an USA DVD player?

 

A: Yes, they are all compatitable for region one and region two.

 

Q: Can you deliver to all parts of the world?

 

A: Yes, but because of the bonds from suppliers and the problem of tariff law, some parts of districts we can not delivery.

 

Q: Do articles need me to pay the tariff?

 

 

A: No, usually, you do not need to pay the import duty. We will claim this is a present which does not need tariff. Do not worry about this.

 

Q: what situations will cause articles delayed?

 

A: Usually the articles will reach the appointed place within the scheduled time, unless the addresses you offer is incorrect and some unexpected reasons, such as the abominable weather, serious traffic problems. So please make sure the address and name offered are right.

 

 

Q: How long does it need to other places other than USA?

 

A: Our articles are delivered directly from the overseas factories. It usually takes 4-5 working days to North America, Oceania 4-5, Europe 5-7, Asia 6-7.

 

Q: What if the articles are received with package-broken.

 

A: Each article will be checked and packaged strictly before being sent out. If the parcel received is damaged, please contact us in time.

 

Q: What should I do if I have not received articles within scheduled time?

 

A: Once articles sent, we will inform you the tracking number, all of which can be inquired on the net. If you can not consult it on the net, for network error or moving company’s delay, please wait several days or tell us, we will do it for you. If the tracking numbers shown have been already signed on the net, but you have not received articles. Please contact your neighbors, relatives or building attendant, articles might be kept or placed in some safe places by them.

 

Q: If I fail to pay by Paypal, what shall I do then?
